With a total area of approximately 17,000 m², M-Yard offers flexible, light-filled office spaces that meet the highest aesthetic and technical standards. The existing building structure has been intelligently revitalised and adapted to meet Green Building standards, conserving resources and ensuring a sustainable future.

The architecture of M-Yard combines modern loft character with premium materials and cutting-edge building technology. With ceiling heights of up to 4 metres and floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, bright, open workspaces are created that inspire and encourage creativity. A particular highlight is the Diamond Floor – the fully glazed top floor featuring a 360-degree panoramic view of Munich and the Alps.

Die Philosophie des M-Yard basiert auf nachhaltigem Bauen und der Revitalisierung bestehender Strukturen. Durch die Kernsanierung des alten, leerstehenden Bürokomplexes wurde ein effizientes Class-A Bürogebäude geschaffen, das höchsten ökologischen Standards entspricht. Das Projekt ist Teil des von der FidCap Gruppe entwickelten M-Quartiers, dem ersten LEED-zertifizierten Campus Deutschlands.
